KP Astro AI ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") provides astrology-related tools, horoscope and chart features, predictions, reports, learning features, saved charts, Prashna features, notifications, and related functionality.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use KP Astro AI, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, KP Astro AI may process the following:

• Account information: information used to create, authenticate, and manage your account, such as your email address and account identifier.
• Astrology and profile information: information that you voluntarily enter for astrology calculations, such as name or profile label, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, chart information, preferences, and other astrology-related details.
• Saved content: saved charts, prediction history, Prashna history, profile information, preferences, and related content that you choose to save.
• Purchase and entitlement information: information needed to recognise in-app purchases or paid entitlements made through Google Play. KP Astro AI does not directly store your payment-card details.
• Notification preferences: settings used to provide notifications and reminders that you enable.
• Technical information: limited technical information necessary for authentication, cloud storage, security, app operation, and delivery of app features may be processed by the services used by the app.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• create and authenticate user accounts;
• generate astrology charts, calculations, predictions, and reports requested by the user;
• save and restore charts, profiles, prediction history, and Prashna history;
• sync account-linked information across supported sessions or devices;
• save app preferences and language settings;
• provide notifications and reminders enabled by the user;
• recognise purchases and app entitlements;
• maintain security and reliability of the service;
• troubleshoot app-related problems; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Firebase and Other Service Providers

KP Astro AI uses third-party services to provide app functionality. These services may process information on our behalf.

These services include:

• Google Firebase Authentication for account authentication.
• Google Cloud Firestore for storing supported account-linked app information such as profiles, saved charts, and history.
• Google Play for app distribution and supported in-app purchases.

Information processed by these providers is also subject to their applicable privacy policies and terms.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information. We do not share personal information with unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate the app, provide requested features, authenticate accounts, store data, process purchases, maintain security, or comply with law.

5. Notifications

KP Astro AI may provide astrology-related notifications and reminders when those features are enabled by the user.

Users can manage notification preferences within supported app settings and can also change notification permission through Android device settings.

6. Data Retention

Account-linked and saved app data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service or until the user deletes the applicable data or requests account deletion.

Certain information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users with a KP Astro AI account may request deletion of their account and associated app data.

Where an account deletion option is available inside the app, users may use that option directly.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information processed through KP Astro AI.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children

KP Astro AI is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that would violate applicable law. The app's target audience declaration is separately maintained through Google Play Console.

10. User Choices

Users may:

• choose what astrology and profile information they enter;
• manage supported saved charts and history;
• control supported notification preferences;
• request deletion of their account and associated data; and
• contact us regarding privacy or data-related questions.

11. Astrology Information

KP Astro AI provides astrology-related calculations, interpretations, educational information, predictions, and reports. These features are intended for informational and personal-use purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our app features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change.
